Return Policy
Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. This includes return transit time to our warehouse.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packing with all tags attached.
- We cannot accept any underwear or socks for hygiene reasons.
Process:

- We’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your return, we will assess the parcel, and if it’s eligible for return, the refund will be processed within 2-3 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your bank account, Easypaisa, or JazzCash. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.
Exchange Policy

- Exchanges are allowed for different sizes or colours of the same item, subject to availability, or for a different article that you want.

- We will provide instructions on how to return your item and place a new order for the desired size, colour, or article.
- After receiving the returned products, our team will verify their condition.
- Once verification is passed, our customer service representative will generate a new order for the exchange.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for exchange and return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Defective Or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or refund.
