Return Policy

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. This includes return transit time to our warehouse.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packing with all tags attached.
  • We cannot accept any underwear or socks for hygiene reasons.

Process:

  • We’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
  • Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your return, we will assess the parcel, and if it’s eligible for return, the refund will be processed within 2-3 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your bank account, Easypaisa, or JazzCash. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.

  • We will provide instructions on how to return your item and place a new order for the desired size, colour, or article.
  • After receiving the returned products, our team will verify their condition.
  • Once verification is passed, our customer service representative will generate a new order for the exchange.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for exchange and return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Defective Or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or refund.
